I have been living at La Costa Apartments for many years and it is home. It is a pleasure dealing with the staff Rowan, Stacey and Tammy the Property Manager. Any repairs that need to be done to my unit are handled in a timely manner.

Awesome staff and maintainence and answers phone requests and emails in a timely matter. The events that are offered onsite are a lot of fun and create awesome conversations with neighbors.

Clean, quiet, beautiful grounds with water fountains. During the walk through, they were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The studio apartments are spacious, I can only imagine how big the roomed apartments are...

So far so good..this is me and my fiancée first apartment together! I am pleased to say that everything is going smoothly. I love the fact that I can pay my rent on my credit card it helps me to be able to save more and get the much needed cash back with my rewards points!
